How well do you know your neighbours?

I know mine well enough to wish them serious bodily harm ever time I hear Beth yelling (which is 95% of the times I hear her) or Akemi screaming/crying/just being loud (also, 95% of the times I hear her).

It's not even 9am on a Saturday, people. Some of us are trying to not be bad neighbours. Shut up your faces!

[EDIT - 9:50] When I move back to Canada, I am going to leave the nastiest letter I can get someone to write for me in Beth's mailbox. And maybe a scorpion.

Bunny Army!

Tonight was fun. I met up with Sean and Shun at the entertainment complex at Higashi Yamato station for dinner (awesome curry-soup hamburger) and we bought a metric ton of donuts at Mr Donut. Then we bowled, and I was the overall loser of the evening, although I did win the second game. Then down to the arcade, where I spent lots of money and brought home a small army of rabbits (stuffed).

The only sour spots of the evening were the number of people who stared at us, and the cab driver who drove away from us when he saw that we were not Japanese. It was really unsubtle, too - the door started to open automatically, he looked closely at us, shook his head and drove away.

Luckily, the cab driver behind him in the taxi stand wasn't quite so ignorant, and we had a few laughs along the way home.

Now, I am taking the bunny army and crawling into bed.
