Work to live...not the other way around

So, again with the "somebody somewhere has it in for me" stuff.

Apparently, the contract with the university has come through. Sean and I have to go there with the boss next Thursday to be interviewed. I still haven't heard back from MLS, which shouldn't surprise me, as it's only Wednesday, but that's driving me bonkers. If this university thing does happen, I may not be able to just leave, which is pushing the stress level back up.

I know that deus ex machina is a pretty passive way to bring things to a conclusion, but I want one anyway.
